How We Protect Your Security
The Taylor Foundation uses Authorize.net, which provides Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software that encrypts your credit card information to enable you to safely enroll or renew online. When you enroll or renew membership online, the Taylor Foundation does not have access to your credit card information.

We also employ different security techniques to protect your personal information from unauthorized access by users inside and outside of our organization. You should be aware, however, that “perfect security” does not exist anywhere on the Internet. ALTHOUGH WE BELIEVE WE TAKE APPROPIRATE MEASURES TO SAFEGUARD AGAINST UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURES OF INFORMATION, WE CANNOT ASSURE YOU THAT YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION WILL NEVER BE DISCLOSED IN A MANNER INCONSISTENT WITH THIS POLICY AND MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SUFFICIENCY OR OUR SECURITY MEASURES.

The Taylor Foundation does not employ telemarketers to call its donors or ticket buyers for fundraising purposes.

How We May Share Information
We will not publish, sell, share or rent information about you in ways different from what is disclosed in this privacy policy. We may be forced, however, to disclose information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances. We cooperate with law enforcement inquiries, as well as other third parties, to enforce laws such as those regarding intellectual property rights, fraud and other personal rights. We can (and you authorize us to) disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe is necessary or appropriate in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringement or other activity that is illegal or may expose us, or you, to liability.
